Diagnostics products, products in special customer-specific design and products for promotional activities are finished and packaged externally. Manufacturing outlets must comply with the relevant hygienic conditions for our products (confirmed by a documented quality management system), be highly flexible, experts in solution providing, maintain an SAP connection for Internet booking of orders as well a sufficiently large stock for the management of the side products to be manufactured.
Sterilization
Depending on the requirements made of them, our products are sterilized by means of steam, gas or radiation. In addition to compliance with international validation regulations we insist on complete documentation provided by our suppliers and a high degree of flexibility. In the case of dose mappings, we place great importance on close cooperation with our microbiology section.
