• be certified in accordance with ISO 9001(for medical products in accordance with ISO 13485) or equivalent norms • meet deadlines and be flexible as regards our requirements • guarantee sufficient technical support and advice • provide the best possible logistics • cooperate with us in optimizing the product range • be familiar with and accept the HARTMANN purchasing conditions.
Level 1: Potential supplier pool Filling in the supplier questionnaire is the basic principle for being included in the pool of potential HARTMANN GROOUP suppliers.
Level 2: Certified supplier All suppliers should have a QM system certified in accordance with ISO 9001. Producers of medical products must furthermore be certified in accordance with ISO 13485.
Level 3: Qualified supplier Following the examination and positive evaluation of all requisite documents by our Quality Control, Development and Purchasing departments, the supplier is considered to be qualified; in some cases a supplier audit may be conducted.
Level 4: Current best-service supplier Current suppliers have proven quality and supply capabilities. Our aim is to initiate and maintain a long-term supply relationship.
